Refund policy

Do you accept exchanges or returns or refunds?

We do not accept exchanges or returns or refunds.  If the item that you ordered did not come as ordered (damaged, wrong size, etc), please send an email with your order #, a description of the issue, and a photo (if possible) to LLF@crookedmonkey.com and we will send out a replacement at no cost to you. We will only swap out items that were delivered within the last 14 days.
